@host_c pmed you
OK update on the LAN interface stuff,
You guessed it, traffic is added to total VPS traffic, so for the moment we stopped the enrollment on this so we do not mess with your VPS Traffic / MO, it would not be fair
.
Fix is in works, as soon as we manage to get it to work, I will continue the tests with the rest of who wished to join.
I will keep you posted on this one.
Hy there fellas.
We are working together with Modules Garden them to find a solution for the separation of traffic between Public Interface and LAN interface.
As soon as we manage to do that, this option will go to Beta test and then main-stream.
There will be options of of 1G to 10G lan speeds options, but more on this when we have an actual working product.
Thank you for your support and tickets for the Alpha Test.
Have a nice weekend all of you.

I am looking for Your deals
Hy Fellas, we made some progress with the Internal LAN, we are just waiting on some upgrades from MG.
We also sent out the new policy regarding Bandwidth, since some do not check the'r e-mail, I will also post this here.
If you have any questions, ask, ticket us.
Cheers!

@host_c I'm curious, What is the percentage of users who go over the bandwidth cap? No need to be specific
Let's just say not 5%, as then I have not bothered with this.
Yeah I think you made 2 updates to the bandwidth stuff this month, good luck getting it under control!
But no need to worry about me
I'm a true idler through and through
FYI: that 10 MBPS after depleting the High Bandwidth you have on a product will actually give you 3.09TB, and that is for free.
Well first update was because of my stupidity and I own it, resetting the BW counter on the 1'st of each month for all customers was a good idea in my head, very bad in practical use.
The second Update, the above is to keep expenses lower so we do not have to increase prices.
10 mbps is extremely fair. It's enough to still deliver some light content, maintain access to the VPS, and (above all else) not get hit by a surprise bandwidth bill at the end of the month.
I wish more hosts would adopt a similar bandwidth policy.
@host_c Since I'm already a long-time customer with many services, could I have a chance to test the private network?
Both updates were fair and communicated well. No need to beat yourself up.
I didn’t get an email about this, not even in spam folder. Just saying in case you want to check.
Sure.
There is a but, traffic on internal lan will be counted on total VPS traffic.
I stopped the enrollment in this test as it would not be fair to customers to deduct lan trafic from total monthly traffic of the service.
As soon as this will be fixed, we will continue.
This will be a standard free feature for all services with us once it will be polished and ready to use.
We also modified the pricing on aditional BW. Up to 20TB/mo is pretty cheap-is I would say.
It will take a few hours until all will receive it, as we have a limit / sec on e-mail sending.
we managed to white-list our e-mail server with MSFT, I even got an e-mail from them, but as it seems, some still cannot receive mails from us; I will not focus on this for the time being, as it is a 12 mo old story with them, I gave up.
Ah okay, I’m on gmail, just wanted to give heads up if there is any issues with delivering emails. In any case all good then.
email received about 12 hrs ago. thanks for the update
A bit confused. Wasn't like this previosuly also? When you cross the monthly limit, then 100 mbps throttle comes in?
Let's say I have 5tb.month limit. So I can use that 5 tb as high bandwith. If I exhaust, then the limit kicks in. Am i getting it right?
Yes but throttle has been lowered to 10 Mpbs
Yes
Miss the days of 50mbps
will we get some better internet in Oradea?
My ticket was submited 3 days ago, could you please solve it? Ticket #CAY-155476

Service Transfer Guidelines - Update April 2025
We’re happy to support service transfers between customers. Any service can be transferred to a new owner, subject to a small processing fee.
Note: The transfer fee must be paid by the new owner.
How It Works
The new owner purchases the VPS Transfer Fee from our website under Other Services → VPS Transfer Fee.
The current owner opens a support ticket requesting the transfer and providing the new owner’s email address.
If multiple services are owned, we’ll confirm exactly which service is being transferred.
Once the fee is processed, we’ll request a second confirmation from both parties for security.
After confirmation, the transfer will be initiated. The process typically completes within 24 hours, depending on workload.
Important Notes
For VPS or dedicated server transfers, we strongly recommend that the new owner performs a clean installation for optimal performance.
