Less competition == more deals per person
look at this nerd calculating the deals per square mile nonbanneduser
thank you! I believe those issues have been fixed now
You can select your currency during signup and when creating a new team. The currency dropdown is meant to inform users that multiple currency options are available. It might be better to show a popup explaining how to change the currency instead of simply disabling the option.
We will offer something as a token of our appreciation
Perfect opportunity to create new account. Hold my beer.
@onidel you still show black friday discount coupon on your member dashboard, which is expired already.
Speaking of which, I wouldn't mind token of appreciation either
Maybe can add some alert box for Object Storage:
https://cloud.onidel.com/cloud/storage/object-storage/order
Right now when you try to click "Monthly" it resets itself to "Annually" when 250GB. Understandably it is a feature (for the smallest plan) but new user might get confused.
Credits to @FAT32, I also wouldn't mind token of appreciation too either

I signed up today and I did not complain, i think that deserves a token of appreciation too
+1 on this so I deserve double the token of appreciation?
Reguards
No, but as I didn't create a screenshot then you need to trust me. When I first (and second time testing if password in manager works) logged into panel the whole Billing section was in A$. Now it's in $USD - I guess it takes time to update, some cron jobs? and I was just too fast to complain.
This was in those [worthless] dollars https://i.imgur.com/TEMDQR2.png despite me having (locked) USD$ set.
What is this beast?
we were able to reproduce this behaviour and it has been fixed as well
i have feedback
brisbane
thankyou
We hear you
As we expand, we will be adding a PoP there
At that point you may as well do the east coast and offer an ACT location too.
Is there maintenance in the VN region today?

Our upstream providers are experiencing routing issues, affecting only HCM2. They are actively working on a resolution, but we have not received any updates yet.
this has been resolved now.
Nice!
Ohh look at this, it’s selectable now
We are planning our roadmap this week - anything you'd love to see us add?
integrated duck race inside onidel control panel would be neat
Gambling feature where we can either double the specs or half the specs at the same price
Possibly not something you want to do, but I’d like the ability to make adjustments to plans purchased with promo codes, while retaining the codes discount and scaling the pricing as I scale resources, as long as I stay within the original confines of the code (e.g cpu and memory ranges).
When I’ve looked it appears plans I got with a code can’t be adjusted without losing the offer, but scaling plans is one of your service’s big advantages.
ACMA gonna have a field day with regulations for this one
Anything for VNM my fren
Also can we acknowledge that the ACT and NT are part of Australia via the state drop down. lol
(I know it’s being looked at, but still not there)
Not hugely impactful but I’d refresh the news ticker when you log in. The first thing you see is Black Friday sales that have long since been and passed. Maybe focus on AMS and NY or something like that, or the relatively recent storage services.
Might be useful to see on the pooled bandwidth graphic or near it, how much each service is contributing to the pool. That way if I retire a plan I know quickly what to expect the pool to decrease by. I see there’s a bandwidth section that I hadn’t noticed previously that shows each plan and the usage for each, but on my mobile at least, I can’t see how much each plan contributes to the pool.
Finding out you support service transfers, maybe a way to do that which doesn’t require a support ticket. Hosthatch would be an example of a provider that has this. Can initiate a push by paying a charge and supplying an identifier for the receiving party. Would be cool to have an implementation where the cost could be payable by the sending party OR the receiving party. As an extension of this, and probably getting too auctioned house-like, but having the transfer process also support having the recipient party pay a pro-rated cost for the remainder of the term and the person offloading the plan gets that as a service credit might potentially be interesting too. Although people might prefer to do this externally and/or really want it as cash. For those using it however it’d avoid dealing with external payment portals (less risk) and the transfer would be instant, which is appealing.
this could be a great idea for special promos, though it leans more toward a business decision
Thanks so much for your feedback and suggestions! I will make sure ACT and NT are included in the next release. BW stats one is a nice improvement and we will prioritise it accordingly.
The service transfer feature is already in the pipeline, and it's moving up the priority list as we're seeing more requests for it
