i am not sure what you mean this will be used as backup server for windows pcs temporarily and then files will get deleted

rclone is perfect
On NameCrane we have our shared plans that include cloud/file storage as well that's rclone accessible. You have to use our patched rclone (we have binaries on github or you can just merge our backend) and it works nicely.
Our lifetimes are great ($69.42 lifetime for 250G, price stacks as you want more).

I do see some others commented on this post and I'm sure you could find even more in the forums but host_c and crunchbits comes to mind. S3 will be expensive compared to those options but if you have the money and want the additional features you get from s3, then obviously that would be a better choice.
I see HostBrr also has cheaper prices but why doesn't anyone recommend it? It seems that Host_c is very popular. That's a personal question, you can not answer if it's not convenient. Thank you
