Doesn't always have to be strange, depends on both sides. E.g. a ping from my Coventry VPS to Chunkserve goes in just under 10ms, while to a few other Amsterdam ones it is around 11 or 12.

It shoudl be done. IP swaps are not guaranted and both ranges that are fine for You are fully occupied. I managed to get 1 /32 for that and You should be able to use it

yaa the thing about there support is true, and they seem to only reply when there's someone saying bad or posting message about regretting or when something is really messed up. If a person politely asks for a reply he only gets ignored 🙃
I have rebuilt the server several times but the port and password are changed immediately. This shows that one server is allocated to two people. This is a kind of scam. I will sue you.

@abdollahi can you access it with vnc? Maybe the network config was messed up when they gave you a new IP

Chunkserve should have just refunded immediately instead of trying to accommodate a user with special needs like IP's in particular ranges. Could have avoided all this.
