We was doing some work on it, please check it now 😀
You can easily open a ticket now, sorry for the problem.
Our team will be ready to help you as fast as possible 😄
After reinstalling the operating system, the problem disappeared.
Now this is definitely not true. I can't reach my VPS on IPv4 from several places since early this morning, not by SSH, not with a ICMP Ping, not on the ports of other services I use this VPS for.
I don't mind an issue (as long as it's not regularly), but don't downplay it. I hate that.
Hi,
I'm only telling you what customers have actually reported to us and what actually seems to have happened, do you have an open ticket that i can check?
I would like to point out that the problem is still being monitored and the technicians will make a status report in a few minutes.
I have an open ticket, just added to it that it still doesn't work. Do a simple ICMP check from several outside hosts.
If it's being monitored you should see that things are going wrong. Do a test by ping.pe - easy. You have my IPv4 address of the VPS I have with you. You'll see that over 50% of the hosts give 100% packet los, i.e. unreachable. A simple test you can do yourself.
BTW: The .1 in the same subnet is reachable by almost all ping.pe hosts.
We will review your ticket shortly, thanks for reporting.
@DeluxHost clearly it appears there was a network-related issue earlier. Kindly take the necessary steps to minimize recurrence.

Absolutely, we have already taken all the necessary measures.
It seems like my network hasn’t fully recovered yet. The file transfer website I deployed is currently down, showing Error code 523.
When I run a curl command via SSH, I get Resolving timed out after 4000 milliseconds, which seems like a DNS resolution or network issue. However, I’ve already checked, and DNS is working fine. Also, my server monitoring shows that it was restarted at 2025-03-29 18:27:31. What exactly happened?
can you please open a ticket sir?
i check it now.
@DeluxHost The server is currently unavailable again. Kindly investigate and restore connectivity.
Could you please open a ticket? Otherwise i can't really help you sir.
the problem is generally solved, but if you still have problems opening a ticket helps us solve your problem.

try again please
Mine is down too, its been a couple of months since i got three VPSs from this hosting precisely since the last black friday and I had a terrible experience nothing short of horrible. I lost almost half my users and my reputation is down the toilet, looking forward to change my provider. If anyone is interested i have 3 servers willing to transfer for half the price by crypto.

1x: Cpu:1c,Ram:2G
Hi again,
Have you opened a ticket to try to ask for help?
in the Black Friday nodes we know very well that there were problems, which have been largely resolved, but from that moment to today a lot of time has passed and I don't see a correlation.
Mine is offline too.

@DeluxHost
We'll check it out soon, give us a few minutes.
Probably the problem from last night seems to have returned.
We sent a technician to do a permanent fix to resolve the situation.
Yes I did you changed my nodes to amsterdam and all the old problems stll accur.
The problem now is different from the previous ones you had, unfortunately it is more complicated during the weekend, since the technicians are outside of working hours, But they are already working on our request.
Please check now if everything works
Pre ordered 👍🏻✅
Occasionally seeing a cloudflare error from billing site
My server is online again.

It was an error due to cloudflare cache, please check now, should not appear anymore.
where is the ipv6 on the recently moved vms from de to nl ?
I had two BF deals moved, tried enabling IPv6 in the new panel, rebooting the VM (Debian), didn't help. I had to manually edit the network config in /etc. You just add the assigned IP and gateway, then it works after reboot.
Thats the problem, they forgot to add it after migration.
The old address doesn't work, so you have to enable it again in the new panel. Which works automatically for a new service but reuqires manual setup in migrated old service, at least in my experience.
