No problem - it just seemed to be a bit of a strange answer, reading your ToS and your answer about DMCA earlier on. Also, I think, the question was not needed to be asked when someone would have read your ToS/FUP, it's pretty much in there.

@DeluxHost Something went wrong with your network almost 2 hours ago; big parts of the internet can't reach my Amsterdam VPS (92.112.124.x), but also CloudFlare can't reach your billing it seems, so I can't create a ticket.

They are busy removing 1 star reviews on Trustpilot, My new event server can't send ping right now, these network problems were the same 4-5 months ago, nothing seems to have changed in the Netherlands
That's not enterily true. I can see my VPS from several places, I can log in to it if I'd want from them. However, I have about a dozen locations that I can't reach it from, and about as much that are able to reach it.
So it's not "complete network down". Most likely something to do with routing or BGP announcements. I guess.
Billing/ticketing can be reached now from here so I've created a ticket.

No network went down completely, there was just a small issue with one of our switches, which was resolved by our technicians in a short time.
A full status would be provided shortly as soon as the situation which is still under monitoring has been completed.

As already mentioned, there was no downtime issue, just a problem accessing via SSH/RDP that occurred at intervals of seconds or minutes, this problem although serious, It didn't make it impossible to log in or take down any servers.
