i had wanted to suggest proxies on vps, but the budget is indeed alarming
if you want to get a so-called clean IP, multiply your budget by 10
They only bill for outbound traffic, so it’s more of a 1TB one if you’re using it for VPN
You definitely need to increase your budget, bandwidth is expensive in Asia.
Check with @webhorizon if they can do some custom NAT VPS deal for you
