Their servers are fast. But, customer support is too much deadly slow. Myb tickets are not being replied since last 2 days. Also their migration tool is not working for namecrance>namecrane migration.
In my experience, their response time is typically within 24 hours.
That's on me the last bit. Family stuff going on so Fran has been taking up the slack, while also trying to spend time with his family during the holidays, etc.
If you have any outstanding tickets that are priority just let me know, or if they can wait I'll do what I can to empty the queue today.
Does code "CRANEMAS" still work?

Sure. It's CRANEMAS until Saturday.
If the code isn't applying, it's only for DA plans on annual (or longer) billing.
Just for the record, apparently CRANEMAS and Cyber Monday cannot happen simultaneously in Singapore -- even with DirectAdmin.

For the past 2 weeks I've had major downtime issues with namecrane shared hosting (DA). It was great before that
Support says they are working on MySQL service upgrades but no definite ETA.
Lv04s has some insane sql load that we are moving to a new product. Mikes going deal with the users with some blunt force for now but I’m hoping to have things coded today
then I’ll make a trip to the DC later tonight to rack up.

Guys, I am struggling to enable ssh pubkey auth on LU DA, always getting connection refused. Password auth works fine. Any suggestions how to properly whitelist my key?
It works normally for me. In DirectAdmin, go to Dashboard > SSH Keys > Paste Key.
This is what I did already, the key appeared under Authorized_keys but I am still getting access refused.
Please use port 53666.

It only works with password, with the key it gives me connection refused.

Not really. I am using the following command
ssh -p 53667 -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa [email protected]and gettingssh: connect to host lu-shared04.dapanel.net port 53667: Connection refusedI would go to “unblock ip” on the billing portal. My guess is you got yourself banned in all the attempts.

Checked it, no IP is blocked. Added my IPs to the whitelist just in case, probably need to give it some time to propagate.
