Doesn't Chunkserve offer any support?
We've been trying for days to finally be able to pay annual bills instead of monthly ones.
Our tickets, emails and requests via Telegram are simply ignored.

Please keep also 1 communication channel - creating ie. both tickets, writing to me there + on TG can lead to a mess, and staying ie. on tickets or telegram can be more convinient. Let me know, and I'll be more than happy to help You!

Writing to you @Chunkserve here because all your websites are down. One of my sites are down, I can't log into another one and both your https://billing.chunkserve.com/index.php?rp=/login and chunkserve.com gives error 502 according to Cloudflare when logging on.
When I try to message you on telegram @chunkserve I get a message that the user doesn't exist. How can i reach you?

Hey, we received large attacks today evening, most of the services are up, sorry for the inconvinience. Infra (dedicated + VPS etc.) is operational and should be working! Regarding telegram, it's @wczapkowicz. (private)
