I am currently an MXRoute customer. (I'm pretty sure that means that MXRoute has my full name, home address, and whatever card details Stripe gives them, and this is of course in addition to all the emails I have on there) It's an excellent service with an excellent price and I mean that sincerely. Jar has always taken care of me and if anything I was being a dick to post that message a few months ago, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and I was being a tosser.
It's pretty strange if you once publicly complain downtime (I shouldn't have done this for a service that costs me so little to use), then months later that one complaint will linger in the owner of the service's head, and he will accuse accounts he is arguing with of being one of your sockpuppets. What's frightening is when you refute the ridiculous claim that you are harassing him with sockpuppet accounts, he will then accuse you of "gaslighting" him, followed by vague threats to stop abiding by "unspoken personal agreements", and a threat to send screenshots to LET admins.

So @Arkas @raindog308 @jbiloh I won’t be renewing my LET membership if this is going to be allowed to continue. If that’s fine with you it’s fine with me. I’m not paying to have my name tarnished by alt accounts and concern trolls. It’s not enjoyable, it’s not warranted, it’s clearly a concerted and coordinated effort if more than one person.

Honestly, this is a pretty mature response. I think we're all guilty of firing off an e-mail/reply being a bit worked up. I know for a fact it happens to me when something we're paying for isn't as expected and I felt like I've extended too much patience to provider/vendor and end up over-compensating. It's a me issue, but speaking to how I operate I know I try to be personally involved with any customer that discusses their operation/needs with me so I do take it personally a bit when say.. an expensive "redundant/protected" circuit is not-so-protected and causes partial outage.
I'd chalk it up to just passion. For a lot of us small business owners, the business becomes something a lot more than the raw sum of the assets. The same way you woke up on the wrong side of the bed can happen to small business owners as well. It's part of the give and take. You'll get very personalized service, direct access to 'decision-makers', better pricing, etc but it's all unfiltered. No team of execs and image management contractors buffering it.
That being said, it does seem to be some level of strange 'brand new accounts' stalking him a bit. Not meaning you, but some others. For example this new euro-spec mjj is very interesting. Some very strong tells in the specific language used. Also if they actually knew anything, they'd know I've virtually never spoken to @jar outside of support tickets or public feature requests and anytime I post anything it's my true opinion as a customer. He's supported us more than I feel that we've supported him.

It won’t let me look too far back in comment history because the site is buggy. But as far back as I can see your account appeared to exist solely for participating in the Russia thread. The day that changed from my view is the same day I felt slighted by a competitor, and you were the first person anywhere to report a very brief issue no customer had even noticed (and the report implied that you were watching something more than my status page). You reported it in that competitor’s thread in response to me not accepting my competitor’s (who, again, I felt slighted by) grade of my service quality. All the while I had proven through limit adjustments (and their immediate reaction to it) that they were directly interested in taking sales from me.
I know someone who opened an alt account for participation in the Russia thread and that person also has strong motive to be interested in the success of that competitor and the failure of me. That person is also a customer of MXroute, and yes I have his full contact information. We were on a first name basis.
I do not speak without reason. I do not make paranoid accusations. I have been the administrator of this forum, I have witnessed all of the ways that people gaslight me. Many have tried to scam me and others here, and I have rarely been inaccurate in my assessments.
If I’m wrong, so be it. But the person I’m thinking of would just as well speak in the manner you have. You never login until you want something very specific, and today you logged in hours before you commented. In fact, it was shortly before this little campaign began. What are the chances a VPN IP is the login IP (not that VPN is bad, but it’s a data point)? Noticing these things is part of my routine on LET, has been for years, it’s nothing new. Acting like it’s something new is suspicious.
You are accusing random people, of random things, without any concrete evidence and expect people to clap.
Its all based on speculation, and for some reason, you trust your imaginations more than facts.

Honestly I’m just going to take that as one point closer to confirmation. Else, I would have expected an extension of that empathy previously expressed rather than just another entry into the “Jarland is crazy” thing the trolls are trying to get to catch on. Understanding a problem that you were actually concerned about should have lowered defenses by giving insight and a path to a solution, instead you raised them and continued down the path shared with the others. Makes me think the goal remains the same, and you won’t be distracted from it. Take every statement and use it to try to further the narrative, never deviate.

The only alternative I’ll consider is that you haven’t been around here long enough to know how people do things here. I don’t believe that, but maybe if you spend more time here instead of happening to finally login again (which, again, you don’t really ever login but did right before this began today, before I @ mentioned) the day there’s an opportunity to harass me, perhaps we’ll both learn a bit more.
But I certainly won’t entertain the idea that recognizing patterns and probabilities is evidence of a disorder, not until Idiocracy becomes full reality and intelligence truly is recognized as insanity. The ways I perform investigations into things that interest me have been consistently fruitful. I’ve successfully and properly identified threats with less data.

No worries. That’s why I mentioned the policy. There’s a heavy correlation between use of convertkit and not being compliant with our policies, but it’s not inherent as much as it is common.
Our customers are pretty widespread. We have several large, well known corporations using us for a lot of their internal communications. A lot of web hosts using us to send invoices, support emails. A ton of forums using us for registration, password resets, and notifications. More than anything we have people using us for Wordpress registration and password reset emails. Hefty amount of personal domains.
My god...this rare coupon pops up from nowhere and I obviously missed it and on other hand glad I did not have to add another idler as I've already two good plans from MXroute
In any case, there's no reason not to like MXroute, especially for such a cheap reasonably priced email hosting with unlimited email domains hosting, I can't find another replacement anywhere else. Also not to mention the amazingly FAST support in Discord, they know email well (IN and OUT) so I trust that I'm in good hands with @jar and his team at the helm. Period.
