Seeking/Looking for a 256GB DDR4 Ram Dedicated server in Tampa, Florida - USA

I'm in need of a dedicated server located in Tampa, Florida, with the following specs:
CPU: Equivalent or better than Intel Xeon E5-2699v3 (30+ threads)
RAM: 256GB DDR4
Storage: 4TB+ SSD
IP Subnet: Looking for a provider with affordable subnet pricing
Budget: 100$/mo

Hey unfortunately Tampa/Miami is a strict requirement. I'd be interested in Kansas maybe sometime in future, please drop your offers in my PMs.
You'd likely be better off buying something like a PowerEdge R630 off eBay and get colocation. HostDime in Orlando is a good option, Hivelocity in Tampa would be another.
I understand but for now I'm just looking to rent, I don't mind going up my budget if the specs is really good.
