    There are multiple types of services offered here.

    The VPSes are connected at 10 Gbit (and I have exceeded 1 Gbit when transferring to them). Dedicated servers mostly seem to be offered at 1 Gbit, with options to upgrade the port.

    Just created my instance, can you add the extra 2 months please?

    invoice 34527468
    vps3018886

    I'm getting an error trying to order 1 slice storage at New Jersey. Only thing I changed was OS to Debian 12 and added the discount code which was accepted.

    Hmmm, I just noticed that somehow the VPS storage slice I thought I was buying seems to have turned into a VPS slice instead... which is probably how the error message disappeared on my 3rd or 4th attempt at ordering (because the error message sounded like a transient error, I retried a few times).

    I raised a ticket (SXP-922-57467), but if you see this first and it's possible, can my VPS be removed and replaced with a storage VPS instead?

    @interservermike
    Oh, that reminds me, I forgot to say after I placed my order... The text on the sales page hasn't been updated to reflect the new prices...

    https://www.interserver.net/vps/storage.html still says:

    1TB storage for $6, 2TB Storage for $12, 3TB storage for $18 per month all the way to 16TB storage for $96 per month.

    Thanks. I'll jump in on this to replace some offsite storage :smile:

    How are you getting that speed? Manual upload (from your own computer) or server to server?

    rsync from another server.
