1TB Bandwidth
100+ Mbit Speed (1Gbit Preferred)
1 IPv4
KVM Virtualization
Maximum budget:

@nopingpong you can check out Melbicom @NexOasis and Just.Host, they have some plans under $10/month. That's the cheapest I've seen, in Fujairah.
