No idea then. If you're reaching NL, which if you're from India and not using a VPN you should be, then both portal.incognet.io and incognet.io will resolve to a RoyaleHosting server in NL.
It could also be some weird geodns wonkiness via Cloudns since they rely on Path, or could be something getting caught in RoyaleHosting's filter, or something in our firewall as well

I've not yet updated https://incognet.io/kvm-vps , so you can do some side-by-side plan comparisons right now. Some plans, like the smaller ones, actually got "cheaper", though they're offering less resources. Some, are more expensive, but generally offering more CPU cores or other resources.
CPUs for the our new stock was upgraded in WA from Zen 1 7371's to Zen 2 7302's. Old, legacy plans are on 7371's mostly.

$40/yr for 2 vCPU / 4GB RAM / 40GB NVMe / 40TB BW @ 4Gbps is already cheap. Even more so if you take advantage of the $100 for four year plan.
With that said, I do have some ideas for flash deals but they'll be smaller plans.
