Finding for a SSD optimized VPS in Europe [Low budgets]

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a SSD optimized server somewhere in Europe (In The Netherlands, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Norway will be the best, but other places in EU are also fine)

some needs:
1 vCPU core
1G ram will be good (2G+ are the best)
Bandwidth - Minimum: 2TB@500M/s
Storage (The most important):
500GB SSD or NVME/SSD cached HDD (minimums IOPS: 1K and rate: 600Mbps (1G block)
SLA: 99.5%+ stable server needed
Budgets: ~10 CAD /mo (EUR $6)

Payments: Paypal / Alipay
