Needs updating for sure.
For example both your USA providers are outdated price for IPv4.
GarissonHost is now 200$/mo + 200$ setup
HostUS is now 130$/mo
There are also quite a few missing. For example SnapServ.net, Lagrange.Cloud (both RIPE/ EU).
Also there is Logicweb for USA + EU (have both). Rapidseedbox rents a lot of IP space.

I'm looking for an ASN with a small IPv4 subnet of at least /27 and an IPv6 subnet of preferably /48. Looking for Anycast customizability.
This won't be possible, as the minimum to announce is a /48 IPv4. You do have parties like BuyVM who do Anycast as a Service, which perhaps, might suit your needs?
We do have one /24 available as of now .. if that's of interest.
Most RIPE sponsors for ASNs by default give you some IPv4 space too (as its a requirement for RIPE to have some announce-able space on your new ASN) That said it will be IPv6 only since the smallest 'announce-able' space in IPv4 land is /24 (fairly spendy)
