will run this vps as a semi-public community vpn node for a small project. Usually users use it to circumvent censorship, but I cannot guarantee that one day a user will download a Linux ISO.

    You don't need EU location, but if you do, maybe try NiceVPS.net - but he is pricey. Very reliable, however.

    i think you can even go with less space and ram to save money, like a 1gb ram 5gb ssd would also work for wireguard type stuff (with alpine linux, it would even work with 1gb ram 1gb ssd)

    I wouldn't be able to comment on this, but I have a couple of customers (friends, as well), whose NiceVPS.net services were not impacted at any point.

    Was the seizure related to a DC in the Netherlands, or Switzerland? I really don't follow the news regarding those types of communities, but I know of only a couple of DC's being impacted at a large scale. As in, more than a rack or two...

    Ah, so their Swiss location was entirely seized? Wow. I had no clue, honestly... crazy to hear. But I guess all of my acquaintances are at Serverius.
