@AezaHost , do you allow game piracy and modding (game modification) and ignore DMCA?
Are you still lying about datacenter locations?
I ordered a server in Germany on a friend's recommendation and immediately checked the promised 25GBit/s. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that the speed is really close to the declared one, and for such a price. It's just right for my tasks, I'm very glad that I came across you) thank you.
I'm attaching the results.
just registered. 1 min uptime. seems shill. flagged.
This kind of review might help boost numbers on places like Trustpilot, but here, it doesn't mean much unless you're a known member since reviews from regular and familiar members does carry some weight. A fresh account posting this right away? Looks kinda sus and feels like a shill move.
Are the results also staged? I just decided to share the review, why the negative right away.
Because many providers do that. It's nothing personal, just pure business.
Hello. The DMCA applies only to our USA location.
Hello! What makes you think we're lying?
It gets weirder too when u find out that the german servers have not been available to purchase in the last few weeks lol
we're currently experiencing a brief service interruption at this location due to high server demand. our team is working diligently to restore access as quickly as possible. please try another locationSo if I buy a Stockholm VM, the actual hypervisor is in Stockholm?
Yes. All servers are in the location specified on the site. The hypervisor is also in the specified location. Thank you for your question!
When did you move it from Hetzner finland to Sweden?
Oh btw @AezaHost stop intercepting ICMP and replying to it yourself. I turned my VPS off and I still got responses from pinging my host. Weird how Sweden ping test shows super good ms but doing a tcp does like 6-8ms at best. What is happening?
I wonder what the ms is between hetzner finland and stokholm sweden is. Hmm around 6-8ms I wonder why...
ICMP is replying by the network hardware, not your server, yes.
The difference in ping may be due to the complex and geo-distributed structure of our network because, as I wrote above, it is not the server but the network hardware that responds to ICMP requests and it can process requests in a special way from different ping measurement points.
Which is super cringe for uptime monitoring.
The problem with that is, is that I am talking about TCP, so youre trying to say that your internal routing inside stokholm generates 6-8ms of delay?
On peeringdb Aeza lists only 1 datacenter in Sweden so youre claiming that somewhere in that DC between the server and your network gear 6-8ms is generated?
ICMP requests are handled by the network hardware. They respond directly without server involvement.
TCP traffic goes through the server and routers. Additional processing adds delay.
In a data center, packets can go through complex routing. This results in delays of 6-8 ms. This is how standard network operation works. ICMP responds in hardware, while TCP responds in software.
No, that is not how standard networks operate, and 6ms to 8ms to complex routing is also a lie.
Stop lying, your Sweden location is just tunneled hetzener Finland.
Datacenter powered up by hamsters, in wheelchairs! Fully eco-green with disability government benefits pay I guess?
6-8 ms delay in datacenter complex routing.Talking to them about fake locations is like asking Colocrossing for ipv6.
Via different probes in sweden it is the "exact" same ms via TCP/22 to a "sweden" location as hetzner finland.
There is no benefit to us to fake the server location.
All requests (including our network) to the servers go through filtering points, which may result in higher ping, as all our servers have basic Anti-DDoS protection by default.
Yeah no, stop lying or you are just misinformed yourself, 6-8ms is exactly the ms between hetzner finland and sweden, previously the website did mention it but I guess you guys removed it.
Anti-DDoS protection does not add 6-8ms that is not how this works.
🇩🇪 Germany location upgrade
This location is very popular for ordering, so we have not just expanded access, but seriously upgraded the German servers so that you get maximum power and stability.

@AezaHost share a pic of your rack in Sthlm?
Would like one for Sweden as well.
Would you share a pic of your rack in bath tub?
I don't think Hetzner does photo shoots like aurologic
But if there are, I'd like to see the racks in Paris
For that reason we actually started to employ fotographers
