vpshostingservice.co closing tickets without any response

The issue has been resolved, and the staff responded pretty much instantly after creating another ticket. According to staff, it was due to a technical issue.

I have a VPS with them for a year now, and I'm pretty happy with it, so I bought a second 1.5GB VPS from them. Everything went fine till I checked the network as it seems to be limited to 10Mbps both ways. I thought it was just a provisioning error and created a ticket. It got closed in a couple of minutes, so I created another one, also closed.
It's really strange as I've had pretty good experience with their support last time I had to get help with their service.

    did you include a "related service"? because I can't see it in the left side

    it's usually a drop down when creating the ticket

  • I did to all of them, but for whatever reason it's not showing up for me.

  • So I've created a third ticket and someone responded in less than 5 minutes. I don't know if it's their system for when staff isn't online, but it's a little bit infuriating.

    give them the benefit of the doubt, whmcs is buggy sometimes so that might be it

  • Could it be different ticket priority? Previous tickets have been created with medium priority and this one with low.

  • In the end it seemed to be a WHMCS issue according to the staff.

  • Mentally strong providers just close the tickets automatically
