I'm looking for a host for my RAGE-MP server.

If you can use dedicated resources, even better.
The company or person offering the service must be familiar with RAGE-MP and its protocols.
The attacks are usually spoofing Latin American IPs, but my players are Latin American and from Spain.
I want a location in the United States or Canada.
I don't want packet loss or anything similar.

Your best bet is to buy a server from OVH, which is located in Canada.
They're not cheap, but you're looking for 8 CPUs and 32 RAM.

Probably not many hosts are hands on with RAGE-MP unless they're an actual game server host that hosts it. Probably best to find DDoS protection that is better for everything then add your own filters/rules in your own firewall to help cover the rest. Dedicated server will definitely be best.
