How long does it typically take to get the ram and bandwidth doubled?
Usually 24hrs or less. He doesn't always comment here when it's been done. Check by logging into your end-user panel(virtualizor section) it will show up there.

I ordered this and then had them refund my money.
The good: the service is real, I did receive the upgrade, and it wasn't as slow as it could have been. VNC works.
The bad: Floyd Morrissette, the CEO, is comically bad at his job. Every step, he didn't know what was going on, but the real problem is that he was rude and arrogant. I had the feeling I was dealing with "Comic Book Guy" from the Simpsons. Absolutely confidence, but in Floyd's case, he was wrong about everything, and lacked the technical competence to fix anything. He is just painting by the numbers, running the hosting software but not really comprehending it. And it was costing me time.
I probably should have seen it as a red flag that little creek uses google for its e-mail provider. If a hosting company can't host their own e-mail, how good can they be at hosting?
I think this service is adequate if you aren't running a business but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who is busy or has professional obligations.
You really have your nerve posting this. I've worked with him over 3 yrs and even though the service you buy from him is your responsibility to maintain, he's trouble shoot problems for me that was never his responsibility, and for the price he charges for a vps, he should never help you out with issues, but he has many times. Yes he can be rude at times, but who the hell cares as long as things get done, and they do. Look how many ppl have posted their invoices here. This thread is just a tiny amount of customers. Search all post here and you won't find any negative post like this.

Actually in the old days I wrote my own control panel software like WHMCS, like Virtualizor, and like DirectAdmin. I wrote my own because none of these existed at the time.
Caught up on the doubling to this point.
My Windows RDP is showing it is HDD, not SSD! but your looking glass is showing it is SSD! Is it unfair?
Since I don't have looking glass I don't know what you mean. Windows cannot directly see the hardware so it has no idea what kind of hardware its running.
