    We are reaching out to inform you of recent technical issues that may have affected your access to the ClientCP.net control panel since late Saturday (GMT).

    During a routine server software update, we encountered unexpected complications that caused instability within the MySQL service, preventing access to our database. Despite our initial efforts, the service failed to recover as expected.

    Our team has been working tirelessly to rebuild the database from core IBD and FRM files—a complex and time-consuming process. While we maintain frequent backups, we discovered that JetBackup had failed to run its scheduled backup jobs for two days without sending the usual failure notifications.

    At this stage, most of the database has been successfully restored, and we are finalizing the remaining manual adjustments. We are also working closely with WHMCS Level 2 Support to address any outstanding issues.

    If you experience any issues with your account, please submit a support ticket, and our team will be happy to assist you.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please rest assured that no client data or services were affected—this issue was limited to our billing system, while all other services remained fully operational.
