    @Chunkserve I am currently unable to SSH into my VPS. While I am able to ping/telnet the server, it seems there is an ongoing issue with your network, which is causing a complete service disruption. Additionally, the managed VPS panel is not functioning correctly, preventing me from establishing a VNC connection, as the UI constantly shows that the VPS is offline and one can't do VNC.

    On occasion, your client-side website also experiences downtime, making it difficult for me to respond to the support ticket. I kindly request that you investigate the matter thoroughly.

    REALLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!

    Please check it now! We +our customer got hit with a really big DDoS attack. Everything is now mitigated, but PHP worker on billing crashed.

    Indeed, the client portal is now up. Could you please check the support ticket when possible? I believe there may be an issue on the network side. I’ve also shared relevant screenshots in the support ticket to assist with your investigation.

  • The server has gone down for the second time in 24 hours. Support, of course, is not responding to requests. Very poor service.

    What I can see it looks like a DDoS - again (like the one yesterday evenening). I think Chunkserve can improve quite a bit, but with DDoS attacks I blame the one who initiates it first...

  • Maybe so. Today, they restored everything faster. Apparently, it wasn’t as critical as yesterday.

    I replied on 2 tickets with that issue, and it is resolved. If You're having any issue, open a ticket please.

    Apologies for my inactivity on LET. There were couple of tickets a bit delayed - everything now is resolved and replied. I compensated customers in some cases for the delays. If You or anyone need anything, let me know!

    I have the same problem. Every time I try to fix it, the system becomes read-only again within 12 hours !!!

    VPS automatically shutdown and can not start. Here is the image via VNC, and they blame me for deleting OS system files when I did not do that.

    @Chunkserve - The ticket was opened on March 5th, but the issue remains unresolved. I have been unable to access my VPS server via SSH or VNC since March 1st, and the server has been completely down for my websites. Could you kindly look into this matter at the earliest?

    Really sorry - didn't see Your previous comment!

    rDNS can be set both for V4 and V6. By default email ports are open, but we have a strict policy against SPAM / phishing etc. - if we detect such abuse, we can suspend the service/block the ports.

    Regarding porn websites - it depends on the specific use case to be honest. A lot of them are abusive (mostly in terms of DMCA/copyright laws) - and we do not really want to host "semi-legal"/abusive projects. As far as content and everything there is legal and compliant with law, we can permit that.

    Hi Chunkserve, how do you set rDNS? I don't see it in the panel but maybe I missed it.

  • Chunkserv is just like run by paranoid person. Manage the server like amateurs, deleting files without any notice, shutdown and restart the server all the time. It's horrible!

    If you think that @Chunkserve is deleting files, and doing (on purpose) shutdowns and restarts, I'd say you are the paranoid one.

    For the rest, I think things could be done better, on the other hand I notice improvements, so it's heading there.

    @Chunkserve What's wrong with this read-only filesystem error that some of us stumbled upon ? And since it happen to root, the only solution need a vps restart which defeat the purpose of a server 😑
