Our DirectAdmin plans are pretty much some of the cheapest around even without coupons, while also providing some of the highest end hardware. The coupons lasted longer than intended but were primarily intended to gain some traction in the market. All of our DirectAdmin servers are being filled nicely but they will be a permanent profit-loss if the coupons stayed forever.
They might make a return for some celebration but for now they aren't available.
Two things are happening soon with the shared webhosting.
Due to lack of faith in Contabo to handle any critical issues the cPanel Singapore server will soon be migrated to another location. This will be OVH, which will feature similar hardware and better connectivity. Affected users will soon(ish) receive a e-mail about this.
Also soon launching a cPanel server in France (OVH).

I just did an renewal yesterday for the Singapore location. If I don't want to be moved to another location, what is the solution?
in my opinion, OVH singapore have connection problem to Telkom Indonesia because Telkom Indonesia refuse peering with OVH in singapore.
Connection to other destination is fine.
Likely won't be any solution. The last outage with Contabo it took them almost 9 days to replace the defective hardware. If I didn't manage to get it to temporarily work by a sequence of shutdowns and boots then we would have risked over a week of downtime.
That's not an acceptable risk to take for myself or clients in case of such issues again.
I've checked latency to the server from multiple Asian locations and the average latency with OVH is better. But of course some individual locations might be worse.

wow, i just plan to move any of my production project on your SG cPanel plan
need to find other refuge for this. my problems with most of the shared hosting SG is that i got 403 openresty block. this give me headache. now double kill on my problem

@labze I am using Germany Location, I would say that performance is outstanding and price is so low and is value for money. All our websites work superfast and premium hardware. I have used many hosting but have never been so much satisfied with them.
Any one asking promo code should fuk**ng feel ashamed of asking as there base price is already so low compared to others vs what value they out on table.

but with your hosting service, it is very good, never have been blocked

Ah, that is good to ear. We are not leaving Singapore. The plan is just to replace our server at Contabo with one we now have with OVH. It is still in Singapore.
It is up for consideration whether we'll proceed with both servers or not. Many people seem satisfied with the Contabo server. The plan was to leave due to their unreasonably slow response times in moment of disaster. However, we've only really had issues with hardware failure other than that it has been running stable.

The cPanel server in Singapore has been succesfully migrated now. I expect this should bring much needed stability to this service, and in case any downtimes occur then it at least should be handled within reasonable time.

This isn't a complicated website to be honest, a simple static HTML page would do just fine when you are doing very good with your core service delivery !!

CMYPANEL for 50% on cPanel plans.
We use Mail.baby. It is not possible to customize Jetbackup rutines. They run every day. Same with locations.
ok thanks, maybe it's a licence feature, but i had the option on myW to set my own jetbackups on top if the hosting's own jobs that i couldn't edit.
