Not sure who cloudconel is, but if that is a typo and if the mentioned provider is who I think it is, they offer up to 50ms more ping to some of the same locations in China as our China optimized network.

I purchased your $60 optimized China route, and I can only say it's crap. It's not even as good as the regular routes from CloudCone and RackNerd. Did you test for packet loss when you called it an optimized route? I suggest you find a Chinese speed test website to test it.
Sometime this month, the regular plans will be restocked first.
