I thought the IPv4 tunnel would cost $6, no idea why I thought or thought I read that...
It's $2.50 via LET. Get them while they're hot.
I just got one!!!
Have a question, how do I get ipv6 working on mpd5? The ipv6cp option didn't give me anything on the l2tp interface
Just assign an IPv6 address to a loopback interface.
I did that. How come the l2tp ppp interface doesn't get an ipv6 address and i need a loopback?
It's how PPP/L2TP works on our routers. You can route a public IPv6 via a link-local address and we do that.
We could route a public IPv6 address there but it's just another headache. So we don't.
not easy to use compared to other solutions. ill give it another shot this week.
How come? Please PM me your concerns and I will help resolve them (and replicate your problems), as well as give possible account credit.
Their (noez) network is often down due to DDoS attacks and tunnel is not usable at all.
@Fourplex
firstly, thank you for bringing this service, I'll be definitely using it. QQ - is there DDoS protection on this service? Asking as BuyVM's stuff is generally protected.
Lastly, just a heads up that the FAQ link on page https://www.fourplex.net/static-ip-tunnel-plans/ routes to https://www-staging.fourplex.net/faq/
Thanks for reaching out! We have fixed our website, it was a leftover from when we were making our new website.
As of today there is no DDoS protection on the service.
I had the service for a few days, it's great.
I just wish there were more locations.
As a reminder, PayPal payments have been reinstated. Yay!
If you paid via Stripe, your recurring payments will still work.
Thank you!
About more locations, maybe in the future if there is enough uptake?
