If you care about CPU performance it's not for you. We have Threadripper 7995WX and Epyc 9965 configurations for serious processing...
I see port speed says "Up to 10 Gbps Port"
Can I burst up to 10G if config is 1G unmetered, or do you limit port to the purchased speed? I want >1G but traffic volume will be <1G over a month

It's limited to purchased speed.
They used to have burstable 10g ports, then ended up just limiting stuff to 1g, 2g, etc. I think it might still be possible to get something with 10g down while only paying for 1g, but it's less likely now.
The sale on these upgrades has ended.
