I opened a dispute at PayPal, then escalated it to a claim. They never responded so easy win.
I don't think I ever opened a dispute before. Did have some 'clients' trying to pull a fast one but never lost one either. Documenting everything is key.

So I had a Windows VM, and it was slow af, so I rebooted it and suddenly lost connection. The VM is up, as checked from the console, but the network connectivity wasn’t there. Oddly enough, the IP is responding to pings, and port 22 is open as well. How tf is this possible? Did they provision another VM with the same IP and were just waiting for mine to go down?

I have a different problem, this is the only VPS where I have a minutely crontab that simply pings teh internet just so connectivity doesn't falter after some time. Very strange.

By the way, my $1/yr Czech Deadpool vps has come back to life again, and this time its support ticket has suddenly been processed faster. I was all set to wait for its response time of up to a year!
