  • Damn, I didn’t realize that OpenVZ 7 auto-configures the network and offers no way to disable it. I’m used to having control over my network settings with Grub and manual configuration. Ended up canceling—two bucks is such a huge loss, right? Nevermind, lol.

Completely understandable :) Whilst our platform works absolutely flawlessly for most common use cases, as with every provider out there, it's not going to suit every need 100% of the time.

$2 is still $2 - I'd rather see you put that money to good use on things that serve you, so more than happy to refund you - please just get in touch if you'd like me to get that wrapped up for you :)

Sent a ticket so I'm not spamming this thread even more than I already have.
    BTW; YABS with 4G package
    https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/10911775

    with 1 G package
    https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/10861351

Actual transfer speeds to one of our lab centers with EXTREMELY weird and worthless networking in Sweden still nets 700-1600 Mbit/s.

As soon as I get some VPN going this will save me so much time juggling data between sites (work/lab/home/HostBrr storage/Google Drive)...

  • any chance of launching KVM in any of the above locations?

It's something that is being considered, but with nothing yet confirmed or an ETA.
