    For germany you can easily multiply your budget with 2 - 3 and then you will for sure receive offers for that.

    Had my offer changed to 90 USD, was receiving offers in NA so thought it was possible in EU.

    USA powerprice per kwh < 10 cent
    Germany powerprice per kwh > 30 cent

    And thats where the factor comes from as power is the price driving factor for datacenter expenses.
