    Sorry we have no control if PayPal decide to place a hold on a payment, until they have completed their review and release it we are unable to activate a service.

    Normally there are no issues with outgoing connections, if there are issues we can request if the port can be opened or IP whitelisted, it can depend on what you are attempted to connect to.

    Hmm, I am getting terminated error when connecting via ssh following steps in i20 guide. I am also getting error connecting vis SFTP using WinSCP (I unlocked FTP in the panel before trying to connect). I tried both password and cert auth. Am I missing something here?

    Makes sense. Started writing the ticket and SFTP finally worked, so this probably was some sort of propagation/time lag. Thanks for quick response here.

    Sometimes when unlocking FTP it can take a moment to sync to the FTP servers since services are separated such as FTP, database and email.

    Any issues let us know.

    Hi, how can I listen some tcp or Udp ports using ssh? I want to install some software to listen to some tcp or udp ports but failed, I don't know which ports are open for me, do you allow specify ports for a host?

    You do not do that on a shared platform. For anything like that you require VPS or Dedicated servers.

    If you require support on your account, please open a support ticket or as you already have a ticket add replies there. We do not provide support in a sales thread on LET.

    The commands you are trying to run are not allowed in a shared platform and is why your SSH account has been blocked by 20i's security system twice in under 1 hour.

    If I understand your question correctly, if you are hosting a database on a VPS you can add server IP remote mysql in the control panel and that should be fine, if you had an issue we can refer it to 20i to check the network firewall that the connection is not blocked at a higher level.

    I thought your hosting works like serv00.com but actually far more different like that. I just want do some exrcise like hosting and sometimes cloud shell.
    I got blocked just because i tried to execute a sudo!!! Whenever you executed a sudo you will get blocked immediately!

    "Refund Policy: Once a service has been activated, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances."
