  I think it's fair to put a ping limit for that 15 upgrade giveaway. 159 ping or less.

  The dedicated server is not very appealing to APAC users, as the delay is higher compared to that in the western part of the US.

  Ya I get like 250ms+ from Singapore... That alone makes my appetite on such server lower

  300ms~400ms is an everyday occurrence. 🙁

  Understandable I remember I was doing VNC to servers with 300ms+ latency and that experience is horrible
