Is EasyVM unreliable? It was true, but I didn’t want to believe it
From time to time, I came across some bad reviews about EasyVM, but I didn’t want to pay too much attention to them.
To give you some context, last Black Friday, I paid for an annual VPS, and since then, it has actually been working pretty well, with a couple of outages, but none lasting longer than 20 minutes.
However, everything changed yesterday at 8 AM when our VPS went down, and attempts to reboot it from their panel were unsuccessful. Since then, the VPS has remained down—for about 26 hours now.
I opened a ticket, remembering all the awful reviews I had read, which I didn’t want to be true… And yes, there has been no response from support at all.
So, today, I decided to move our content to another VPS with a different provider. I lost the money for the rest of the year, but nothing is worse than an unreliable provider.
