I did some digging. It was between
September 2024(last version in web archive without this) and January 2025 (first version with this "rule").I see post was edited January 17th 2025 by @jbiloh so I would assume this is the date.

Updated April 2023), update changelog also tell VPS providers that if they have a special image containing some random game server they can offer VPS without limit - just sell them as 'game servers'.I thought it was 2023 when I glanced at it. I did not dig. We are selling game slots with a control panel and lots of features not a vps. We wouldn't try to do what you are suggesting. We are not here to cause problems.

How old are you? Your comments sound like a young man playing the businessman. If you are a summer provider offering cheap prices, you will not last and you will only waste the time of your future clients.
I ran the DevOps Team at Hivelocity for 12 years before they sold out.. Not a young man by any means. LOL
