Good performance and network for the price in NL
I've rarely seen better upload speed than download.
Download seems limited to 1GBPS but 5Gbps for upload.

If you don't intend to burst much, we can do 5Gbps symmetrical on ticket.

Could you let me know what ticket # you opened after provisioning didn't occur? If you didn't open one, the invoice # or email address would suffice -- just shoot it over in a DM.
This all being said, I just had a look through every single order in the order queue, and I see no paid orders which are pending. I'd be very interested to know what your order details are, as our records show all pending orders deployed.

When going through the checkout it says that it applies a x$ one time discount, hence my assumption that it is not a recurring one unfortunately.

Our system would disagree with you, you would even still have it today had you paid your invoice. In fact, it shows both your orders in here.
This months promotion is a one-time coupon.

They have IPV6 on all locations (afaik), you need to open a ticket to get assigned one
