This is literally a @layer7 specific request. They have both POPs.
Hi,
if you need >10 TB withOUT backups and snapshots:
https://layer7.net/storage-server
if you need <=10 TB WITH backups and snapshots:
https://layer7.net/cloud-server
In any case, before you buy, PLEASE order a test server first! You can take over the test server into a paid server without IP change or loose of any data.

Hi there, I was just taking a look, always nice to do some window shopping.
I noticed the folowing:
at "Productfeatures" it says:
But below it says (Features explained):
Each Storage Server can have up to 3 independent storage disks.
These are are N+1 secured NVMe cached disks to hold your data.
Can you verify and update the website?
So, there is always redundancy even if you would select one (virtual) disk.
kind regards, Henk
Hi
how's the HDD performance? how much transfer mbps i can expect if i use singal HDD?
sorry ,duplicate post
Hi,
hrhr features explained is simply outdated. Thanks for the hint. Will correct that.
And yes, no matter what you do, you have N+2 redundancy.
Thats actually written on the website in the offer ( aside of many other technical info's ):
NVMe Disk
BW: 250 MB/s
IOPS: 10k
HDD Disk(s)
BW:
75 MB/s
IOPS: 200
I can provide you with a 1TB NVMe in Germany if that meets your requirements
