    Yes indeed. You get the Triple bandwidth on the paid VPS specifically, the 1 extra core would not apply. Please follow the 'terms' to be clear with no mistakes. You need to be a new customer for these offers as that is programmatic in the discounts

    Try with incognito/private browser. It failes with some browser addons, and if that fails, try without VPN or proxy.
