Looking to buy a dedi box from a colo provider and then rent space in their rack

I know a few folks do this, but looking for recommendations.

I assume hardware would be customized beforehand; the only hard requirements are 10GB networking, a /28 IP block and TOS that allow me to run a non-spam mail server.

    @crunchbits does the best job at this. They upgraded me to a better system for free on a LTO plus the support team is awesome. And Eric is just amazing person.
