Yes, on 20i the email, database servers are all separately hosted
Have 2 services with them. No complaints!
Just keep in mind it is the 20i platform but it has all the core features one could want in a panel. Email deliverability is also solid.
My one wish is that 20i had an API for users.

Thanks. It still shows 1G in Usage information section but I guess this is wrong.
I believe sometimes it can take a few minutes to sync changes such as package changes because of it being a load balanced server setup, I would allow maybe 10-15 minutes and if it remains the same, drop us a ticket and we will happily review it with 20i to ensure it has updated or if it is a UI not displaying correctly.
