Connot confirm. I was once tasked with delisting a company, and they were very professional. After sending them a concrete list of changes, that the company would make to avoid future incidents, they delisted within hours.

  • Storage VPS here, down again since yesterday.

What's the location of your storage vps?

I have a storage serverVPS in NL, geoip locates to Limburg? It was down 02:36 to 08:40 UTC. If I guess it's on the same host, it came back after a reboot not long after this screen grab.

Connection now seems very slow out from NL according to YABS (and experience), so there's clearly still an issue.

please update me on Ticket #435742. I opened that ticket on Feb 15th and not even a reply so far.

  • my VM is down for over 2 weeks and as they respond it's Pending Investigation for over 2 weeks,
since Black Friday the server was up for few days only.

  • My hosting plans with @HostSlick seem to work. So it could just be an issue with a dedicated server holding VPS.

  • Any update? My VPS is still down. No ticket reply.

  • Doesn't feel good, has that hostsolutions vibe. Maybe cashflow to pay for this (sent 25th). Hopefully the network upgrade will make the VPS usable, it's painful ATM.

    Dear Customers,

in recent months our Traffic has grown exponentially and doubled, if not, quadrupled since Q4/2024.

Recent months we have spoken with many Tier1 and other Transit providers and have negotiated with all sides to get the best prices four ourself.
Mid this month we have met a deal with GTT Communications to add +300Gbit of their blend to the HostSlick Network.
Our current upstream also is to be expanded with additional ports.
As well we start adding Internet Exchanges oon as we are opening a own POP in NIKHEF with our own Juniper Hardware.

To finish everything, we announce planned maintenance in the first or second week of March 2025. We will announce 24/48h before.
We dont except any hiccup but there can be connection resets as we are setting up our own BGP Mix to balance all traffic between our Upstreams.

In October we migrated over to our Juniper MX960 and new core network stack (as read here). Now its finally time to start deploying some of this powerful devices possibilities.

We will announce once we have a exact time. But as said, customers probably wont notice anything as this is just adding another Upstream and adjusting/balance routing for the best performance over all upstreams.

    Thanks.

    Kind Regards,
    HostSlick e. K.

  • Thats Ramadan offer

  • They seem to be running out of bandwidth. Our dedicated server works, but sometimes packet loss happens. I hope their network improvements bring something, otherwise we will be looking for another host. We just lost thousands of visitors in the last 5-6 days

  • @apollo15 said:

I don't think so. It has not mention of any religious celebration in the offer.

However, if you strongly wish to believe that offers on LET are from some deity or in the name of some deity, please believe whatever you wish. I respect your belief whatever that is (as long as it does not harm others, which a highly important condition of a civilised society).

Yet another billion dollars lost? If your business actually mattered you would've already triggered the emergency plan.

I'd be happy to get your advice, but in pm, that doesn't seem to be what this thread is for

    Blazing fast..lol
I was thinking of keeping it as a DNS server, so yeah I'll wait a month or so and see if the speed increases, if not I'll be giving it away.
