Hello fellas
I’m looking for providers in Poland that support BGP (BYOIP/BYOAS) and allow downstreaming.
I’m interested in a 100M-1G network and an very affordable VPS for this purpose. Any recommendations or offers would be appreciated 
If someone wants to know the use case:
- Learning/Educational
- Anycast network
- Personal things hosted publicly
- Hosting “vm’s”

What do you mean by "downstreaming"?
So you do have an ASN?
Vultr comes to mind first, all self-serve, it just works.
Nested VMs?
1. you want to bring your ASN ?
2. you want to be able put other ASN under your ASN ?
note that you don't need downstreaming for any of the things on your list.
BGP on a VPS is already niche, allowing you to announce random other ASes is something you probably will need to achieve by asking niche or small providers.

Yes, we can offer BGP, but unfortunately, we are currently out of stock in Poland.
Vultr has expensive traffic and 1TB isn't enough.

And by hosting "vm's" I meant VPS for some friends.

1 - would you consider the UK for your needs?
2 - How confortable are you to maintain your own hardware?
3 - would you be considering renting a device + server on a colocation basis for your BGP needs and do the administration yourself or would you need help configuring the BGP/AS and additional subnets?
4 - What budget have you allocated for this?
1. Share LG or test IP and maybe I can consider this option

3. You mean router/server? And I want to learn so I can administrate myself (I think)
