i did reset that counter before while debugging so it's only counting last ~30 minutes so far

I think 35 relays is where I'm gonna have to call it quits. At this point I think I only have low bandwidth idlers left.
Unless I decide to deploy a bunch of "duplicate" relays with same provider & location combo.
