Oh, and I guess that the disk issue isn't because of multiple users YABSing it:
On one hand nice that they seem to be doing something to fix it, on the other hand still a bit suboptimal IMHO that they seemingly didn't look into it when I opened the ticket.
Maybe they will halve your disk speeds even further.
