Any cheap site 1 euro/month with french IP (not OVH)

I'm trying a cheap OVH VPS for 1 euro/month in France (it has to be in France, for latency reasons). I've installed a Squid proxy so I can stream some sports content geo-blocked in my country.
The proxy is working fine and fast. But some sites return a 403 error. And the sports content I intend to stream is also blocked. So this is because OVH IPs in France must be flagged as a proxy and many sites refuse access.
Any other cheap site (1 euro/month, I just need the proxy) with a French IP but not detected as a proxy?

Many IDC IPs are known and flagged. I'm not completely sure, but you might want to try Gullos hosting. They offer 128MB RAM for $3.5/year or 256MB RAM for $6.5/year.

Its on OVH network
On the other hand Racknerd have french VPS (not OVH) which costs 17$/y. You can ask them if they can test before buy in ticket. Also vpn would be better for this..
