I need a VPS in Europe with a clean IP
I need a VPS in Europe with a clean IP. I know it sounds odd, but I’m looking for a preferably corporate/business network, and it should NOT be in the UK or the Netherlands.
It should be clean, meaning it’s not banned on YouTube, so you won’t need to log in to watch videos. I will use it as a personal VPN, so fewer captchas, please — many VPS providers are almost unusable for this reason.
My budget is up to $5 per month, and I need 2TB of bandwidth with 1 Gbit speed.

Google will block any datacenter IP after a while whether it's clean, heavily used, opened once or has the british royalty seal of approval.

Lol, that’s what most people on LET are complaining about—asking for something specific and getting totally ridiculous responses. Scammers are using residential proxies, paying just a few bucks for rotating IPs. They don’t need to drop $5–10 on a single address.
I'm looking for a VPN with IPs that aren’t banned by Google, at least—something fast and reliable for personal use. If you don’t have any real suggestions, why even bother posting?

I do know of some with clean IP's, even the odd one that's classified as residential if you're really lucky. But they don't tend to be the cheapest and I feel like posting them here may sadly be a fast-track way to get the IP's re-classified.
Nah if that specific IP range doesn't do anything sketchy (ie. scraping, account farming etc) it'll work just fine. Only restriction vs a real residential IP will be requiring a phone number to register for a new account.

I dont know that for sure, But in my thinking any location which is not very popular might have clean IP.
