Need to Find IPv6 Host Providers and Probable Machine configuration
I have a specific requirement for a dedicated server. I need a Server based in the US with support for High Bandwidth. I want it to support /48 IP Block of IPv6 and be able to bind upto 5000 - 10000 IPs at a time and handle traffic from them.
Which Service Providers can I approach for this request and what should be the minimum machine configuration to be able to meet this type of demand?

We can build a server application that responds to every IPv6 address in /48 using just 4 dedicated cores and 8GB RAM.
This would be a stateless application operating at 100K PPS.
