SG DC2 is currently full. SG DC1: there will be an upcoming migration in mid-March to a new DC (emails will be sent out today) so no SG DC1 deals this time.
We will have more stocks for both SG DC1 & SG DC2 after the migration.
I need to reserve some space for other providers; otherwise, I will be completely "Green", with one panel controlling all servers I have.
no you dont, more the merrier
Last time, I got the coupon in for a Ryzen9950xLA-2 but was denied consummation by Stripe during checkout because she didn't like the way I pressed her Complete Order button.
This time I was thwarted by tethered cell phone latency.
Thanks a lot! I am sure people can kill each other here for insane SG deals !
x3 IPs + redundancy
thats totally me
Make a website which serves 5 Millions visitors a month and put it on that 16GB server !
After several failed attempts, I finally got the BF2024.
Will there be some s3 object storage service in the future?
For those of us them who run perpetual packet processors and mission critical world relay infrastructure, can we request migration balancing of some VMs from DC2 to DC1 so that no matter what happens, the mission critical idlers perpetual packet processors relays are always online in SG?
CC: the-boss-in-mission-critical-infrastructure-management (not just for our generation but for the next Lincolns generation as well) aka Mr.Bean-is-the-man @beanman109
After experiencing these deals, I can build the LG myself in all areas where GC has data centers if I have enough funds or not many idlings.
For China, only Japanese vps are suitable for use. So most people only pay attention to Japanese products. And there are no Japanese products in many flash sales now. Even if there are, you need to pay a $30 setup fee, which is too expensive. Currently, only people who have purchased your products can participate in the flash sale, and the flash sale machines cannot be traded. These two measures can already curb scalpers, and the setup fee is completely unnecessary.
For normal plans we do allow location change. For promotional plans now we only allow the line switch in JP (between IIJ and Softbank). We might add SG to that allowed list too after the migration as we will have enough resources.
It's important to diversify. Please ensure that you have exactly the same number (or more, never less) VMs with other providers (though you shouldn't be single-providered as that is bad for billing and account redundancy and may end up becoming a SPOF).
Remember it's always the least you can do that matters.
I hear Red is an acceptable colour as may be Blue and even Zed.
+ so I can have more budget to beat zGato
LET'S GOOOOOOOO! #LongLiveGreenCloud
FOMO.
Man that CPU and Disk I/O makes me a feel a bit FOMO of not getting it now
Oh. That's good to know. What is the difference between them (since we're on the subject - I had asked earlier as well - especially to the CN market and that you offer both)?
That is great.
Please be under no illusion that you will have enough resources. This sale has likely made it amply clear to you that you are too popular in certain geographies and you never have enough.
Of course we're always waiting for you to loose more money give us more dealz.
Promotional plans include those with discount codes or plans available during promotion seasons, such as birthday plans (e.g., 8888, 9999, 1010, 1111).
Just got the email about the migration:
It's never too late (to beat @zGato that is). This thread has almost reached 900K. There's still a 1M milestone (and then a beat FAT32 thread milestone maybe, but that is going against the thin guy and it's not a nice thing to do).
Yes you can.
#FAT32-for-FIVE-HUNDRED
I must say that was quick and very responsive.
@NDTN comments here and before you know it mail blasts start in the background.
I think that's definitely credit to the team running the show at GC.
Just received the mail...
Hoping to at least nab a 6666 LET before the fun ends. Also looking forward to finding out what @crunchbits is cooking up…
