  The only worry is the lifespan of the SD card! My 'DC' is just sitting on a table full of clutter (lots of small SBC boards...), connected to two ISP fiber modems next to it for network access... praying no rats chew through the cables...

  I bought one of those aluminum cases with passive heating. Mine is around 37 celcius, but it's just used for Pi hole and Home Assistant.

  That's a good point, for me I make sure to not log for most cases and make use of RAMDisk as much as possible. SanDisk MicroSD kinda sucks and I like Samsung and Lexar more now.

  It sure is... the "normal temperature" of those devices being 40 degree Celsius always makes me nervous

  The only time where it hits crazy is when I try to run Minecraft Java on it, with minimum setting still able to push to 20-30 FPS which is great - other time it is more or less idle
