    We're running upgrades on the Frankfurt cluster, they'll be completed by Feb 15th. These upgrades also solve the traffic measurement bug you mentioned.

    The majority of the VPSes in Frankfurt have been migrated to the new Cluster offering stability and performance improvements.

    The migration was seamless without the need for IP changes or backup / restoration process.

    And of course without any price changes!

    With a fresh installed debian server, just idling, I have around 30GB per day from 10.0.0.x alone.

    Most probably you haven't been migrated yet to the new cluster. I can check if you send me your order or invoice ID.

    Yes, you haven't been migrated yet. The migrations will finish in 1 to 2 weeks. You don't need to do anything, nor the IP will change. I believe you have ample of bandwidth to cover your needs. If you need anything, please let us know.

    I have the same problem with traffic. You told me that I was migrated but currently I have a quota which's too strange for the movement I actually have on my server. Is still that bug you commented? Thank you.

    I/O waits are too high aswell. You should consider to switch from SSD to NVMe disks. That screenshot was just doing an fstrim.

    And my tests are already 682 !!! seconds to start my program, from over 500 last time from this supposed new cluster, and 477 and over 300 on the previous cluster. So, really bad. Getting really bad and insane results from Frankfurt.

    Ceph storage adds latency unfortunately. We're deploying new storages in all our regions. In New York new storages have been deployed and the team is migrating services there since last week. The other regions including Frankfurt will follow.

    Once the bonus is applied, we mention it here and then you can see at the portal.massivegrid.com that the due date of your service has been extended for 4 years. I.e. for an order made today for 3 years, you'll see an expiration date at 26 Feb 2029 instead of 2028.
