Dusseldorf is the only location from them that's stable am worth paying for, everything else just oversold trash... lots of IPv4/IPv6 outages and lots of reboots.
wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Won't renew my services with them

It has happened before that support did not handle messages for several days or even weeks.
